FA Transport requires 30-50% reservation fee, depending on the service availed.

• 20% cancellation fee, if made, 7 days before the agreed rental schedule.
• 50% cancellation fee, if made, 4 days before the agreed rental schedule.
• 100% of the total rental, if made, 3 days before the agreed rental schedule or in the case of  “No Show”.
• In case of no full consummation, of the whole agreed rental duration, balance will not be refunded.
• In the case of refund, if cancellation is made earlier and not mentioned in the above, bank charges or any other kind of refund charges incidental to the refund, must be shouldered by the customer.

• Self Drive – A day-rental is equivalent to 24 hours. In excess of such, will be charged at Php350 per hour. However, If the excess is more than 6 hours, a charge of equivalent to one day will be charged and taking note of the next cut-off time.

• Chauffeur Driven – Rental starts at the agreed starting time of rental, notwithstanding any delay may be made by the Renter.

• Drop-off/Pick-up – Renter shall be taken to the agreed destination without any side trips or waiting time. Should there be any changes in destination or delays, the RENTER must inform FA TRANSPORT for such changes, and the latter may render additional appropriate charges.

in case of incidental parking fees and toll fees, the RENTER shall be responsible for such fees.

That said vehicle shall not be operated in the following cases, to wit:

• Reckless driving or imprudence that may result to a vehicular accident, damage or breakdown.
• By any person who is less than 25 years of age, whether such person has a driver’s license or not.
• To transport illicit goods or any other goods of similar nature.
• To carry passengers or property or other forms of personal belongings or goods for a consideration.
• Carrying items with foul smell or that can stain the interior of the vehicle.
• By any person who is an escapee from jail or convicted of a crime or persons who are deemed to have committed a crime.
• To propel or tow any other vehicles, trailer or other heavy things with or without wheels.
• By any person who is or have symptom or have previous record of mental illness, or by any person who is under the intoxication of liquor or drugs.
• By any person other than the RENTER or authorized driver in the agreement.
• To travel to the mountain trail and other areas where roads are impassable for cars or van and to ferry the rented vehicle out of Cebu Province.

In case the RENTER wishes to extend the rental, FA TRANSPORT must be notified of such intent.

Whereas, FA TRANSPORT with due diligence, shall not be liable of a mechanical failure of said vehicle or any consequential damages that may be incurred by the RENTER. Hence,the latter shall not make any claim for damages against the former for any delay that may be caused due to the breakdown or accident. Furthermore, RENTER shall pay for any damages to the car resulting from the RENTER’s undue negligence.

FA TRANSPORT gives an assurance that our vehicles insurance covers a third party liability and provides coverage up to P50,000.00 for every passenger up to the maximum capacity of the rented vehicle.

• DRIVER’S LICENSE – Driver must possess a valid Driver’s License and must be at least 25 years old to drive Sedans and Minivans and be at least 30 years old for Vans and SUV’s.
• RENTAL REQUIREMENTS as mentioned in other part of this site is a requisite that must be complied, otherwise, we will assert our right not to enter into a rental agreement. As a consequence of the failure to comply with such requirements, we will forfeit your reservation fee.

Costs due to any additional fuel consumption, incidental to any traffic violations incurred by the RENTER, must be borne by the latter.

In case of vehicular accident the Renter must inform FA TRANSPORT immediately for instructions. RENTER is responsible for the full cost of the repair and vehicle’s downtime. However, if the damage would be covered by the insurance of the vehicle, RENTER’s liability would be, only up to the payment of the Participation Fee. Provided, further, that, the RENTER will be liable for the full cost of damage and vehicle downtime, if the car is driven in violation of the RENTAL AGREEMENT or for failure to submit a police report.

In the case of an involvement in a vehicular accident, the RENTER shall be liable for any participation fee(s) and/or towing fee(s) incurred.

FA TRANSPORT’s liability arising from accidents is limited only up to the insurance coverage of the vehicle, which is the subject of the rental agreement, such as property damage, bodily injury, loss of life and liability for other damages as may be expressly stated in the insurance coverage (limited only to the amount of Bodily Injury maximum of P100,000.00 and Property Damage maximum of P100,000.00). In excess of what is may be specified in the insurance coverage of the vehicle, then the RENTER is the one who shall be responsible to shoulder the expenses.

In case of an accident or damage caused by any fortuitous event, whether the RENTER is at fault or not, the RENTER is bound to shoulder the participation fee when the damage can be covered by the insurance of the vehicle, otherwise, RENTER is responsible for the whole expenses of the cost of repair of the damage.

In the event that RENTER requests to depart for trips outside of the Cebu Province, the RENTER must inform FA TRANSPORT of their intention to do so, and the decision must be agreed upon by both parties. In the event that A) the RENTER does not inform FA TRANSPORT of their intention to depart for trips outside Cebu Province or B) both parties are not able to arrive to a mutual agreement,responsibility for all costs incurred, during the trip outside Cebu Province must be borne by the RENTER.Such costs are not limited to the fixing of any malfunctioning engine(s), mechanical trouble, or any other incidental expenses during the aforementioned trip. Furthermore, the RENTER is considered to be in breach of the agreement and thus, additional charge(s) or fine(s) my be applied.

FA TRANSPORT guarantees that any information shared by RENTER to the Company is highly confidential and thus will not be shared with any other third party.
